Advocate Health is seeking a nursing supervisor for the PACU at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The role requires RN licensure and PACU experience, with BSN preferred and BCLS certification. Supervisory experience is preferred as you will direct PACU staff and coordinate daily workflows.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 630am-5pm schedule and pay range $44.15-$66.25 per hour. Eligible benefits apply; education and professional development are emphasized.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with one year PACU experience.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in critical care or PACU setting.
• One year previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates and collaborates with the Manager, Director Nurse Anesthesia & PACU regarding departmental philosophy, goals, support needs and standards of care to ensure the highest quality of age appropriate patient care is provided.
• Directs and evaluates the activities of the clinical PACU staff.
• Promotes and facilitates the professional growth of staff members.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and mediates daily workflow utilizing management principles and strategies.
• Ensures that age/developmentally appropriate patient care is provided for the age groups served.
