Job summary

Advocate Health's Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - PACU seeks a skilled RN to lead the PACU team. This full-time role spans 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 630am-5pm, ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include RN licensure, BCLS, PACU or critical care background, and supervisory experience. BSN is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and total rewards accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with one year PACU experience.
• BSN degree preferred; extensive experience in critical care or PACU setting.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates the activities of the clinical PACU staff.
• Promotes and facilitates the professional growth of staff members.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and mediates daily workflow utilizing management principles and strategies.
• Ensures that age/developmentally appropriate patient care is provided for the age groups served.
