Qualifications

• Current state licensure to practice as an RN.
• BLS/BCLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• PALS within 90 days of employment.
• Must be able to travel to all sites if/when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Correlate clinical data with patient’s medical and nursing care.
• Ensure readiness for discharge and coordination of nursing interventions.
• Document progress toward outcomes and maintain patient safety.
• Respond to emergencies and adapt care plans as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and infection control measures.
• Prepare and restock areas for following day.
