Qualifications

• RN license required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Less than 2 years experience preferred
• Safety-sensitive position

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Promotes patient and family centered care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals with the interprofessional team.
• Assess patient needs and communicate the plan of care across the continuum
