Job summary

Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE) is seeking a full-time PACU/OR RN for our Reading, MA location. You will provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing reproductive procedures and post-anesthesia recovery, starting from day one.

A Massachusetts RN license and BLS/ACLS are required; we value strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered care. The role offers a daytime schedule Monday through Friday with weekend coverage on a rotating basis, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing Egg Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, and IUI procedures.
• Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care in the PACU, monitoring admission, recovery, and discharge.
• Oversee patient admission, monitoring, and discharge per clinical protocols.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care providers with clear, compassionate communication.
