Job summary

Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE) is seeking a full-time PACU/OR RN at our Reading, MA location. You will provide nursing care for reproductive procedures and post-anesthesia recovery, from day one, in a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds MA RN license, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certification, with strong communication and patient-centered care. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Massachusetts RN license is required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
Strong communication and patient-centered care.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred: experience in women's health, fertility, or PACU.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients undergoing Egg Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, and IUI procedures.
Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care in the PACU, monitoring through admission, recovery, and discharge.
Oversee patient admission, monitoring, and discharge per clinical protocols.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care providers with clear, compassionate communication.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold medical records per policy and compliance standards.
