Job summary

Fertility Centers of New England (FCNE) in Reading, MA is seeking a part-time PACU/OR RN to join our clinical team. You will provide nursing care to patients undergoing reproductive procedures and post-anesthesia recovery, with flexible scheduling and weekend coverage.

The role requires MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting. Competitive hourly pay ($38–$42) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PACU nursing care to patients post-anesthesia after Egg Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, and IUI procedures.
• Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care in PACU and monitor through admission, recovery, and discharge.
• Oversee patient admission, monitoring, and discharge per clinical protocols.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families, and care providers with clear, compassionate communication.
