Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking a PACU Nursing Supervisor to lead front-line staff, collaborate with the Nursing Manager/Director, and oversee orientation and performance improvement efforts. The role centers on patient care quality, staffing coordination, and staff development.
The supervisor will provide guidance, feedback, and participate in employment decisions while ensuring regulatory readiness and adherence to safety standards.
Competenze
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Current Texas RN license is required.
- Basic EKG course within one year of hire.
- AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required.
- English communication skills required; additional languages preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead front-line nursing staff and coordinate with Nursing Manager/Director.
- Plan/execute day-to-day operations, staffing, and cross-team coordination.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and participate in performance reviews.
- Monitor metrics and drive quality improvement in the unit.
- Mentor staff and ensure regulatory readiness and patient safety.
