Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide operational and clinical leadership across Day Surgery, PACU, and PAT. The role oversees ~37 staff and 37 rooms, ensuring safe, high-quality perioperative care.

You’ll partner with nursing leadership to promote excellence, staff engagement, and a positive work environment, with occasional floor coverage. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, eight-hour shifts, and opportunities to impact patient care, staff

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Charge Nurse experience
• Critical Care nursing experience
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for Day Surgery, PACU, and PAT
• Lead staff development and patient throughput optimization
• Collaborate with Nursing Manager and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide nursing care as needed to support perioperative services
