Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead designated nursing staff and oversee department operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care. The role reports to the division Director and carries 24-hour accountability for service performance.

The position requires a Virginia RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required (RN license required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Healthcare/management experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR training required within 45 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff including scheduling and ensuring quality patient care.
• Coordinate workflow and direct department operations for safe clinical practice.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure nursing policies are implemented and communicated to staff.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient treatment plans.
• Mentor and coach staff to support professional development.
• Oversee budget development and resource management.
