Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Virginia RN license (Compact State license acceptable).
• CPR training required within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff, develops schedules, and ensures quality patient care.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, orientation, performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Ensures implementation of nursing policies and infection control protocols.
• Participates in budget development and departmental resource planning.
• Mentors and coaches nursing staff to support professional development.
