TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide immediate post-operative care, manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond to complications. You will work with the surgical and anesthesia teams, with on-call availability during select non-business hours.

Rounding with unit leaders and staffing support from CNAs, PCTs, and RN float pool empower your voice in patient care decisions.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Tennessee required.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience (ICU/ER/PACU) required.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout the shift, and document changes accurately.
• Educate patients and families about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures.
