TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Lebanon, TN seeks a PACU Registered Nurse to provide immediate post-operative care for surgical patients. You will manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and respond to complications while collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teams.

On-call availability may be required. Role emphasizes evidence-based practices, patient education, and participating in a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Active RN license required at start date.
• Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ICU/ER/PACU).
• ACLS within 6 months of employment start date; BCLS within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams and other disciplines.
• Apply the nursing process, critical thinking, and technical skills to deliver safe care.
• Assess patient condition, monitor during the shift, and document changes thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments and follow-up.
