Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.

Four 9-hour shifts with a 45-minute call response; ICU/ED/PACU experience is preferred but not required. Emphasis on safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge needs.
