Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.

Four 9-hour shifts with a 45-minute call response; ICU/ED/PACU experience is preferred but not required. Emphasis on safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.

Ensures patient safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs.
