Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers, including cultural and spiritual factors.
• Maintain safety standards, working in a constant state of alertness as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Additional Requirements

ICU, ED, or critical care experience is preferred.
