Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license required.
• Experience in pre/post or critical care preferred, with at least 2 years for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans aligned with standards of nursing care.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities.
• Use critical thinking to evaluate patient conditions and preferences, considering emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.
• Maintain communication across care teams and ensure safety-sensitive work practices.
