• Experience coordinating patient flow is required.

Responsabilités

• May call patients for the next day’s surgeries and coordinate with OR, Front Desk and Booking Office.
• Arrange ancillary services (Interpreter Services, Financial Counseling, Social Services) as needed.
• Coordinate patient flow with OR and procedural areas; arrange tests and prioritize appointments for efficient care.
• Maintain the patient information log and escalate needs to the nurse or provider.
• Respond to urgent patient care calls and alert providers as needed.
