Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Director for the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in Somerville, MA. You will oversee clinical operations, staff scheduling, and daily action planning while coordinating admissions, assessments, and treatment plans with the psychiatrist.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and community collaboration. Candidates hold a MA license, a relevant Master's degree, and at least three years of post-Master's experience

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social sciences, rehabilitation, mental health counseling, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology required.
• Minimum 3 years' post-Master's experience in social service and/or mental health settings providing rehabilitation, counseling, therapy, and/or guidance.
• Valid license in Massachusetts required.
• Knowledge of human services relative to current assignment.
• Knowledge of operations management procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish, administer, and direct the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations, schedule staff coverage, lead daily organizational and individual action planning meetings.
• Coordinate client admissions, assessments, treatment plans, rehabilitation, and support services with the psychiatrist.
• Manage staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, assignments, orientation, and performance supervision.
• Ensure program quality and achievement of goals and objectives; manage quality improvement.
