Columbia River Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for the PACT Team in SW Washington. You will support staff with client appointments, organize schedules, and assist with documentation and data entry in a busy community program.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, insurance verification, and collaboration with clinical staff to coordinate care for individuals with serious mental health needs. Strong admin and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and insurance verification.
• Knowledge of insurance payers; billing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/databases.

Responsibilities

• Support staff with medical, housing and benefits appointments and case tasks.
• Enter data into the information system accurately and timely.
• Assist clinical staff with documentation and QA processes.
• Coordinate and maintain treatment room schedules.
• Support staff with paperwork and reporting.
• Maintain petty cash and bus passes as needed.
• Attend daily meetings and record minutes.
• Handle reception duties and appointment coordination.
• Collect co-pays and insurance information; verify data.
• Ensure completion of required client paperwork.
