Job summary

Compass Health is seeking a Clinical Program Assistant for the Everett location to support the PACT team with clerical and administrative duties. You will triage calls, coordinate communication, and assist clients and families while ensuring confidentiality.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with electronic health records. A valid WA driver's license and a commitment to Compass Health's mission are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA preferred.
• Experience in medical, mental health, or social services field preferred.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and appropriate insurance required, if applicable.
• Bilingual/bicultural encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the PACT team.
• Triages calls and coordinates communication between team and clients.
• Supports data collection for reports and maintains program records.
• Monitors program mail, emails, faxes, and assists with document preparation.
• Receives and greets clients; directs them to appropriate staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
