Veterans Health Administration’s Fort Smith VA Clinic seeks a Staff Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate primary care for Veterans within the PACT team. The role includes direct Veteran care, care coordination, and collaboration with other clinicians.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in a US state/territory or DC.
• Nursing education that meets VA standards (ACEN/CCNE) or bridge program eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide competent, evidence-based care to primary care patients in VA clinic.
• Lead and coordinate patient care and care coordination within the PACT team.
• Support professional development and share knowledge with peers.

Formation

Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN/CCNE)
