Many Rivers Whole Health, based in Montana, seeks a PACT Registered Nurse to support the Program for Assertive Community Treatment. The RN will conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications with the psychiatrist, and provide a wide range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, coordinated care with the ITT, and strong client advocacy. A valid RN license and interest in community-based mental health are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a registered nurse.
• One year of work experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Commitment to community-based mental health services and patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and coordinate with the ITT to develop and update treatment goals and plans.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and assess physical health needs.
• Administer medications in collaboration with the psychiatrist and manage medication policies.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention during regular hours and backup to evenings/weekends.
• Document client progress and maintain permanent records per procedures.
• Participate in daily staff meetings and treatment planning reviews.
• Coordinate medical assessments of client health and treatment with the team psychiatrist.
