Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with 2 years of experience or an associate degree with 4 years of experience.
• Valid Montana driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to meet medication certification requirements and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and support services to an assigned caseload in the community.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Deliver counseling, recovery-focused services, and crisis intervention when needed.
• Coordinate housing, benefits, employment, healthcare, and community resources.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings and training.
