Job summary

Western Montana Mental Health Center in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor for the PACT program. This role offers 100% clinical responsibilities in a community setting, serving clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

The LAC provides recovery-oriented services, completes documentation, participates in treatment planning, and collaborates with the PACT team to promote stabilization and integration. A rewarding, service-driven position awaits.

Qualifications

• Montana licensure to practice as a Licensed Addiction Counselor or master’s LCPC/LCSW with SUD experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Ability to pass background and driver’s license checks; provide auto liability coverage proof.
• Montana Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-based interventions on the PACT team in the community.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation for clients with SDMI.
• Deliver individual and group recovery sessions and coordinate with clinical staff.
