AWARE in Butte, MT is seeking a Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team. This full‑time position starts at $60,000–$70,000 per year and focuses on counseling individuals with mental health and addiction issues within our community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human behavior and performance; assessment and treatment of disorders.
• Diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation knowledge for mental health issues.
• Ability to provide customer and personal services and support.

Responsabilités

• Counsel clients on a one-to-one session to assist in dealing with mental health and addiction issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.
• Refer clients and families to community resources for services to assist in meeting treatment goals.
