Job summary

Ellenhorn LLC in Arlington, MA seeks a PACT Clinician/Expressive Arts Therapist for a full-time role. You will integrate expressive modalities into the Roadmap To Recovery Plan with the PACT Team to support clients with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities include case management, developing and implementing treatment goals with clients, providing expressive arts therapy, educating families, coordinating with community agencies, and participating in on-call crisis coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Post-secondary education and supervised clinical/rehabilitation training required.
• Licensed or certified to practice in the field.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with clients with severe mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for an assigned group of clients and coordinate ITT activities.
• Develop, implement and revise treatment goals with clients and ITT.
• Provide individual expressive arts therapy and adjust plans as needs change.
• Educate and support families and advocate for client rights.
• Conduct holistic assessments with team members.
• Coordinate with community agencies and families to maintain coordination.
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation 7 days/week, 24 hrs/day.
• Document progress to maintain permanent records.
• Provide treatment, rehab and support services with staff as needed.
• Lead case management and expressive therapies services.
