Job summary

Philips is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for New England to provide first-line support for PACS in mission-critical healthcare environments, ensuring system stability and high customer satisfaction.

You will work onsite and field-based, collaborating with engineers, documenting findings, and progressing issues through the service management system, with regulatory compliance and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical support or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent vocational education.
• Experience with PACS or imaging informatics preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support within PACS, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Receive, prioritize, manage service requests and document in the service management system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate solutions to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical expertise.
