Eliassen Group is seeking a PACS Field Specialist for on-site work in Charlotte, NC. You will serve as an onsite and field liaison supporting PACS and physical security systems, with travel to client sites and adherence to safety standards, PPE, and job-site protocols.

The role requires experience with PACS or access control, strong communication skills, and 1–3 years of related experience. W2 benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Competenze

Experience in field service or PACS/access control environments.
Experience with physical security systems.
1–3 years relevant work experience.
Experience with SQL or similar languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL, Access SQL, or Python).
Knowledge of file structures, design, retrieval and access methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

Serve as onsite and field liaison for PACS and physical security control systems at assigned sites.
Travel to facilities to support installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Adhere to safety standards and use PPE on job sites.
Coordinate lightly scoped project tasks, schedules and stakeholders.
Support database and system access, availability, and security for PACS environments.
Document site work, changes and status for transparency.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve monitoring, performance, and integrity of systems.
Provide customer service and communication to field and business users.
