Charter Global is seeking a Senior Physical Access Control System (PACS) Consultant to provide technical leadership for the implementation, integration, and support of a next-generation enterprise access control platform in Charlotte, NC. The role requires deep hands-on PACS experience, especially with AMAG Symmetry, and strong capabilities in integration, architecture, and operational support.

Formación

• Experience implementing enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry (highly preferred).
• Experience with PACS architecture, badge management, access provisioning, alarms, readers, controllers, and Field Control Panels.
• Experience working with PACS vendors, system integrators, and implementation teams.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and APIs.
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the PACS technical SME and advisor to project and support teams.
• Review architecture, design, integration, and implementation plans provided by the vendor.
• Support PACS upgrade activities.
• Define operational support, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Guide integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Assist with testing and production readiness.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and stabilization.
