Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior PACS Technician to support enterprise access control across federal facilities in the Washington, DC region. The role blends field and on‑site duties with a strong focus on Lenel-based systems and secure access management.

The ideal candidate will possess Lenel certifications, 5+ years of PACS experience, and the ability to operate within a federal program environment, including travel and after‑hours support when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PACS in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting low‑voltage security systems and access control infrastructure.
• Proficient with door hardware, locking systems, access control panels, cameras, and networked security devices.
• Ability to work in federally regulated environments and travel across the DC region.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Administer badge credentialing and manage access levels and security groups.
• Support PACS software administration and system maintenance; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
