Job summary

Capital Technology Group is seeking a Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) Engineer to design and lead scalable, secure solutions supporting federal modernization initiatives. The role focuses on PACS administration across field sites, with emphasis on Gallagher/CCURE platforms and Milestone or other VMS.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity, support ePACS deployments, and coordinate with the ePACS team to ensure reliable field-site operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience administering Gallagher and/or CCURE PACS.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Milestone or other VMS.
• Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with networking, field hardware, and system connectivity.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, or automating PACS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain PACS across field sites.
• Administer Gallagher and CCURE PACS platforms.
• Manage Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure.
• Provide field-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot on-site hardware issues with the ePACS team.
• Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
