Job summary

Philips in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to act as a frontline clinical expert, providing PACS-focused customer support via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting application issues and resolving product inquiries with deep clinical knowledge.

You will own the escalation process from intake to resolution, collaborate with technical, engineering and development teams to root out causes, and deliver clinical education and best-practice resources to customers and internal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PACS implementation/administration or healthcare technical support.
• Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• ARRT or CIIP certification highly preferred.
• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.
• Strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline clinical support via phone, email and chat with deep clinical knowledge.
• Own escalation management from intake to resolution, coordinating cross-functional support.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and development teams to resolve complex issues and document troubleshooting.
• Deliver clinical education and guidance to customers and internal service teams; develop knowledge-sharing resources.
• Maintain focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement; monitor feedback and update resources.
