Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a shift supervisor for the third shift in Fall River, MA. This role is responsible for achieving departmental goals related to profitability, quality, productivity, and equipment performance while leading a team.

You will utilize SPC, OEE, and KPI data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a mindset geared toward coaching and development.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication, strong computer skills, safety conscious, detail oriented, able to multi-task, with a leadership and coaching mentality.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department performance data to meet corporate goals and profitability.
• Analyze SPC practices and validate operation; report on OEE, KPI, and EFF metrics.
• Lead, mentor and develop the production team with learning and development resources.
• Serve as department ambassador, align with VP of Operations on goals and growth.
• Communicate department goals and conduct staff reviews when needed.
