Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 4th shift (8:00 pm – 5:30 am) to lead a production team and drive performance. You will monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence while using SPC, OEE, and KPI data to meet department goals.

We value strong communication, mentoring, and bilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese preferred). 2–4 year degree with 3–5 years of supervisory experience is preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education/work experience required.
• Strong communication and computer skills; self-motivated and safety conscious.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous development and analysis of departmental performance data to achieve goals.
• Understand and apply SPC, validate operation processes; monitor OEE, KPI, and EFF metrics.
• Lead and mentor staff; drive learning and development initiatives.
