Blount Fine Foods is seeking a full-time, third-shift associate in the McKinney area to handle labeling, packaging and finished-product tasks. The role includes following GMPs, SOPs and food-safety policies while maintaining accurate paperwork and quality control.

The position offers a $15.00–$15.38 hourly pay range with a $3.00 shift differential per shift, and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Qualificações

• Must adhere to Allergen control programs and procedures.
• Ability to operate, adjust, breakdown and reassemble processing/packaging equipment.

The pay range for this opportunity is $15.00-15.38/hour.

The shift differential rate is $3.00 per shift.

Handling, labeling and packaging of finished product

Responsibilities For Food Safety

• Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
• Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
• Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
• Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Positional Accountabilities

• 100% adherence to all company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
• Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
• Update Lead or Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
• Immediately notify your supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
