Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking workers for second shift (5:30 PM–3:30 AM, Monday–Friday) in McKinney, TX. This full-time role involves handling, labeling and packaging of finished goods, while adhering to GMPs, SOPs and all Food Safety policies.

Weekend work may be required based on business needs. The position offers a path to comprehensive benefits and career growth. The pay range is $15.00–$15.38 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities For Food Safety

• Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
• Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and all Food Safety policies.
• Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
• Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Positional Accountabilities

• 100% adherence to all company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures); no deviations.
• Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
• Update Lead or Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
• Immediately notify your supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
