Mt. Olive Pickle Co., Inc. is seeking staff to support the Packing Department, assisting in staffing and overseeing packing lines and related activities in Mount Olive, NC.

Under supervision, you will help determine proper staffing, assign work schedules, and perform clerical duties while maintaining safety and quality standards; prior forklift certification and strong English communication are preferred. This role supports production during peak seasons and may require varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer literacy and ability to use timekeeping software.
• Basic math skills required.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must read, write and speak English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Packing Supervisor in overseeing packing lines and staffing.
• Schedule staff and assign work; adjust schedules as needed.
• Track attendance data and prepare staffing worksheets.
• Perform routine clerical tasks and reports.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Train new employees.
