Job summary

Mt Olive Pickle Company in Mount Olive, NC is seeking a qualified inside production maintenance technician to set up, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment across Cutting, Packing, Capping and Finished Goods areas.

Under supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, monitor food safety, and follow safety rules while contributing to KPI goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trades training a plus.
• Must read/write English and perform basic math for materials sizing and reporting time.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new technology are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, repair and operate equipment in the department.
• Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment problems under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all equipment.
