Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, and receiving orders, with emphasis on accuracy and efficient workflow. You will use receiving software, manage inventory, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm, and starts at $20.00 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, dental & vision, PTO, parental leave, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings shipments for each order with accuracy.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents for transportation.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Inventory management: Update inventory systems and label/store items properly.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and records for inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and QA for smooth workflow.
