Sonepar in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick, pack, ship, and receive orders, while helping maintain organized stock and accurate records.

You’ll safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, collaborate across receiving, shipping, and inventory, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings shipments to customer order.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents for transportation or pickups.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects or discrepancies and report issues.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and paperwork for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Coordination: Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control.
• Stock Organization: Maintain organized receiving area and ensure cleanliness.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods and coordinate replacements or credits.
