Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for customer orders with accuracy.
• Process shipping labels and documents for transport or pickup.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Update inventory systems with received items and proper labeling.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control to maintain stock.
• Maintain organized receiving area and keep it hazard-free.
• Process returns or defective items with vendors for returns/credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
