Sonepar USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Aurora, CO to support order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes safety, organization and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, inspection of goods, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries. Forklift experience is a plus, with a 50 lb lifting requirement and Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Must show strong attention to detail and be highly organized.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings for shipment per customer orders.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents for transport.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory management: Update systems for received items and label storage.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and paperwork for inventory tracking.
• Equipment use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Assist receiving, shipping, inventory and quality control operations.
• Stock organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate with vendors for replacements.
