CNH Industrial Reman in Springfield, MO seeks a Reclassification and Distribution Associate to unpack, inspect, pack, and prepare products for shipment. You will follow BOMs and work instructions, perform safety-driven tasks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or HiSET, reliable attendance, ability to read and interpret documents, and PPE compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or HiSet is required.
• Regular, predictable attendance and ability to overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and SDS/GHS labels.
• Must be able to wear PPE and work with computers and software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Follow work instructions and submit PCR for incorrect instructions; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively as a team member.
• Use basic problem-solving to resolve routine issues.
• Perform daily hoist and pallet jack inspections; maintain housekeeping.
• Operate pallet jack, hoist, computer, staple gun, tape machine, and bagging equipment.
• Read BOM and daily schedule to create material requisitions for warehouse.
• Inspect components for external failures and packaging per BOM.
• Wrap and pack components and meet monthly quota.
