CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the receiving and remanufacturing processes for returned items in our West Chicago warehouse.

You will unbox, inspect, data-enter, scan, rebox or scrap, and sort items to guide next steps in processing. Responsibilities include testing, cleaning, basic assembly or disassembly, labeling finished products, and preparing inventory for storage or outbound shipment.

Competenze

• Basic computer skills, including data entry, item selection, and barcode scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or production experience is a plus but not required.

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming returned products.
• Process items using barcode scanners, computer systems, and data entry.
• Evaluate and sort products based on condition and processing guidelines.
• Repackage, organize, or prepare products for further processing or disposal.
• Inspect, test, and clean returned products; perform basic assembly or disassembly as needed.
• Prepare finished products for inventory or outbound shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily productivity goals.
