Job summary

My CNH Reman is seeking a Production Technician I - Driveline Disassembler in Springfield, MO. This role performs routine and non-routine production tasks by following processes to clean, disassemble, and inspect driveline parts while coordinating with safety, quality, and production teams.

The position requires high school credentials, good reading/comprehension, and the ability to use PPE and basic computer systems. Teamwork and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HiSet required.
• Regular attendance is expected.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend SDS/JSA instructions.
• Computer use and PPE are required.
• Physically capable of lifting and range of motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and report incorrect ones.
• Work as a team player and communicate effectively.
• Use procedures and basic problem-solving for routine issues.
• Perform daily hoist and pallet jack inspections and keep area tidy.
• Operate pallet jack, hoist, H-Press, parts washer, tools, and drill.
• Use hand tools like mallet, pliers, screwdriver.
• Disassemble core per established processes.
• Complete disassembly within standard hours per part.
• Wash core and inspect disassembled pieces.
• Send usable parts to inspection; route questionable parts to salvage.
