Job summary
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Packing Operator in Chattanooga, TN to assist on the conveyor line and pack product. This is a full-time position, temporary to hire, with both day and night shifts, including a weekend rotation.
You will pack yarn from a conveyor, print shipping labels, palletize boxes for shipping, and support the machine operator. Requirements include some packing or manufacturing experience, standing and lifting up to 40 lbs, and passing a background check and drug
Qualifications
- Previous packing experience is a plus.
- 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pack yarn from a conveyor belt while assisting machine operator.
- Print shipping labels and packing tickets to prepare the boxes.
- Palletize complete boxes for shipping.
