Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Packing Lead for the Ogden, Utah plant. This full-time role on the 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays) oversees the packing line, ensures efficient production, and maintains safety and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, train employees, coach performance, and ensure GMPs and food safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced production environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment.
• Ensure GMPs and company policies are followed.
