Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• ERP (SAP) experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers to meet production targets and schedules.
• Coordinate production workflows and ensure equipment and materials availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor worker performance and provide constructive feedback and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and testing.
• Identify and resolve quality issues with QA and engineering teams.
• Monitor processes to prevent defects and minimize waste.
• Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
