Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Ogden, UT plant. You will lead a team on the production floor, drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and partner with maintenance, QA, and engineering to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include scheduling, workflow coordination, training, performance evaluation, and reporting. The role requires 3–5 years in production with 1–2 years in supervision, and SAP ERP experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of production or food manufacturing experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• ERP (SAP) experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to production workers, assigning daily tasks and meeting production targets.
• Coordinate production workflows, monitor lines, and ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Conduct training and development for new hires and current staff.
• Monitor worker performance and provide feedback including corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and testing.
• Identify and resolve quality issues with QA and engineering.
